Peter Alkema: a course production desk Peter Alkema · technology executive and Udemy instructor · www.udemy.com/user/peter-alkema-2

Result: New courses without a studio week

The problem

Peter teaches on Udemy. Making one new course meant a script, a recording day, slides, a workbook and a quiz bank, each in a different tool. It took a week of studio time per course.

What we built

A production desk that starts from one outline and produces lesson scripts, still frames, a PDF workbook, multiple choice questions and voiced takes that are ready to cut into video.

Quality checks

Every step has a review point. If the script, the visuals and the quiz disagree, the desk stops and shows all three side by side. Lessons Peter wants in his own voice stay in his own voice.

What changed

Peter runs the desk himself now and publishes new courses without a studio week. He doesn't call us much anymore, which is how it should be.
