The problem
Birch Gold Group runs a busy operations desk. Every morning, the numbers they needed were spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and manual exports. Someone had to rebuild the picture by hand, every single day, before real work could start.
What we built
Internal dashboards that show live work, exceptions and who owns what, all in one place. Plus the automations that keep those screens up to date, so nobody exports anything by hand. The desk now opens these screens first thing, before email.
What changed
About twenty hours a week of spreadsheet handoffs are gone. Everyone works from the same numbers. Stuck items show up early, before they turn into a problem.
